The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law to amend the Law “On Production Sharing Agreements” (re state regulation of agreement conclusion and implementation)

The bill (Reg. No. 2291) suggests resuming the provisions of the Law “On Production Sharing Agreements” that existed before the end of 2012, particularly re authorities of the inter-departmental commission on conclusion and implementation of agreements on production sharing as a consultative body of the Cabinet of Ministers.
